REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used press-on nail sets. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Unopened Products
Unopened, unused sets in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at uzuriistorm@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/defective items
• Description of the issue

We will gladly send you a replacement set at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at uzuriistorm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
